We truly care about our customers concerns. We carefully check all merchandise to ensure you're satisfied.
Shipping fees aren't refundable.
Special consultation orders aren't refundable and doesn't qualify for RMA. We email pictures of the product and specifics before you agree to purchase it.
Consultation fee - flat rate as a buyer for events starts at 300.00 for a party of 6 or below.
Consultation orders must be placed two months in advance to allow adequate delivery to buyer.
Consultation Orders - Buyer is responsible for the full cost of items, taxes and shipping fees.
Shipping only within the United States
Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic we do not accept merchandise that you have worn. We want keep everyone virus free.
Keep all returns in the original package.
